FINALS DAY:: 26-04-08 (Pendle and County Bars, Lancaster Uni)
Team: Grae (Captain) / Chris (Vice Captain) / James / Richard / Tibbers / Wardie / Alan R / Mike
After a few teams pulling out of the tournament, the 5 remaining teams were Lancaster, York, Northumbria, John Moores and Liverpool. We all played in 1 big group and after 12 hours of magnificent darts, which included a 13 and 15 darter (Northumbria players), 4 180s and a 138 checkout (Downsey, JMU), Liverpool finished joint 4th with JMU. We drew 6-6 with JMU, but took the moral victory when Richard hit double 4 to win the Beerleg. Lancaster took the title by beating York in the final game.

After comfortable wins over Nottingham and Newport, LUDC comfortably finished 2nd in group B to take their place in the quarter finals, where they would face York.
